How enquiries work: Steyning Windows and the installer who quotes

Steyning Windows is a website, not a window company. It exists to explain windows in this part of Sussex and to put you in touch with an installer who can survey and quote.

What happens when you get in touch

  1. You call 01903 948046 or send the form. Your details go to one FENSA-registered window and door installer that covers Steyning and the villages.
  2. The installer contacts you to arrange a survey. The surveyor measures every opening, checks sills, lintels and brick arches, and asks whether the house is listed or in a conservation area.
  3. You receive a written quote from the installer, in the installer's own name. Any contract is between you and the installer.
  4. If you go ahead, the installer fits the windows and registers them with FENSA, and you receive the certificate showing the work meets building regulations.

What we do not do

FENSA

FENSA registration means the installer can self-certify that replacement windows and doors meet building regulations. You can check any installer's registration on the FENSA website, linked from the planning page.
